  The Treasure Box

The village was so beautiful until the enemy threw the bomb and everything
including the books in the library burnt. The people in the village grabbed their
things and run away until they got to another village.

When we abandoned our village we had no abode and we were so afraid.
Maybe the soldiers would throw a bomb in the other villages. Maybe they would
smell the bad smoke in their city too. We were feeling aggrieved.

The parents are talking, are they staying or they are leaving? We said to our
parents that we want to stay, we don't want to get hurt. While in the village we
hear people talking, the enemy is still finding other villages to burn.
We are so sad,maybe we will get caught.

When the enemy arrives the villagers start running. They try to hide but there is
no place to hide or sleep. We see the villagers run and grab their important
things. We feel sad because we are hungry and we are thirsty but we don’t have
food and water to eat and our bed is the hard cold ground. Maybe tomorrow
things will be a little bit better, we can only pray that they will be.
